Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 4d88 platform in any capacity, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 4d88 as the platform provider. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes. We recommend checking this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
The 4d88 platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. 4d88 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account that does not comply.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on 4d88. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without notice or balance refund.
All information provided during the registration process must be accurate, complete, and up to date. You are responsible for updating your personal details whenever changes occur. 4d88 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated information submitted by the user.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the 4d88 support team immediately at [email protected].
4d88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to safeguard your account credentials. All activity conducted under your login credentials is your responsibility, unless you have reported unauthorised access to us in writing.
User Responsibilities
Users agree not to use the 4d88 platform for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, distributing malicious software, breaching platform security, or any activity that could compromise the integrity of the system. Violations may result in immediate account closure and legal action where necessary.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 4d88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include bank transfers via FPX, Touch 'n Go e-wallet, and other methods that may be added from time to time. Users are responsible for ensuring the account holder name on their payment method matches the name registered on their 4d88 account.
Successful deposits are credited to your gaming account and are non-refundable except in specific circumstances approved by 4d88 at our sole discretion. Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account registered under the same username. 4d88 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
Any attempt to conduct fraudulent transactions, including the use of stolen credit cards or bank accounts, false identities, or any form of financial fraud, will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account in question will be closed immediately. 4d88 reserves the right to withhold account balances in such situations while an investigation is carried out.

The 4d88 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding its accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose. 4d88 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly, 4d88 does not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or protected from cyber threats. Users access the platform at their own risk.
Account Suspension & Closure
4d88 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe the user has violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or acted in a manner detrimental to the platform or other users. In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, 4d88 is under no obligation to return any remaining balance.
Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting our support team. Voluntary closures will be processed within seven business days, and any eligible balance will be refunded once all security checks are complete.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Intellectual Property
All content on the 4d88 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, source code, designs, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of 4d88 or its relevant licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, republish, or use any of this content without prior written consent from 4d88.
The trade name "4d88" and all associated trademarks are registered intellectual property. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

Amendments & Applicable Law
Right to Amend Terms
